Job Summary
As an Assistance Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary focus will be on providing accurate information, making updates to policies, and assisting customers with claims processing. Location:
The position will start in our Indianapolis office during training. Upon successful completion of training and meeting department eligibility requirements, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a remote work arrangement.
Training Class:
The next training class is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 11th.
Work from Home Date:
For those who meet eligibility requirements, the work-from-home date is October 30th.
Schedule:
The schedule will be 11am-8pm, with one day off every weekend.
Base Pay:
$17.00 per hour, plus participation in the monthly performance bonus plan if qualifications are met.
Eligibility Requirements:
To work from home, you must have a designated workspace in a room with a door and high-speed internet.

Job Responsibilities
As an Assistance Coordinator at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
Answering and Addressing Incoming Calls:
Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Documenting Call Outcomes:
Accurately document call outcomes in our customer relationship management tool
Mentoring and Supporting New Employees:
Share your knowledge and experience with new team members
Assisting with Special Projects:
Contribute to special projects and tasks as needed
Maintaining Performance Metrics and Quality Standards:
Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To succeed as an Assistance Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:
1 Year of Experience in Customer Service:
Analyzing and solving internal and external customer issues
Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated Ability to Multi-Task:
Navigate systems on dual monitors and type while on a call
Global Geographical and Cultural Awareness:
Understanding of different cultures and geographical regions
Excellent Interpersonal, Written, and Oral Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Self-Motivation and Positive Attitude:
Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and work independently
Strong Stress Management and Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment:
Ability to manage stress and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
