Job Summary

As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our server farm and data entry systems. You'll work closely with our IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, implement process improvements, and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth. Your expertise in data entry, server farm operations, and project management will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational manageability of the basic framework that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group.

• IT administration of all site executions, inventories, foundation planning, accompanying, deterrent systems of support and break/fix services for server farm basic framework, IT certificate labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.
• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and designing teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
• Remote coordination in conjunction with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
• Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room hardware.
• Development of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
• Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service coherence of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggesting and implementing departmental approach, rules, principles, and techniques.
• Ensures compliance with all governing corporate principles and rules.
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room norms capital upgrades, redesigns, and improvements.
• Determination of IT and basic offices services, ensuring precise documentation, getting best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments.
• Oversees the planning, execution, and vendor support of the fitting electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm equipment.
• Functional maintainability of airport basic climate infrastructure.
• Foster Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Safety (FLS) systems.
• Remote coordination of airport basic framework support and break-fix exercises.
• Audit/Store Support Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
• Provide remote Episode Management goal to airport basic hardware.
• Provide distant installation, design, and functional support.
• Maintain strict adherence to change control exercises.
• Balances multiple needs within established time limitations
• Adaptability to assist an activity with fluctuating movements, increased hours, and available for potential emergency needs.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Regularly focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles.
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

What Will Give You an Upper Hand (Preferred Qualifications)

* Four-year college education or 5 or more years of significant experience

• IT Project Management Involvement with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room as well as server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and hardware
• Exchange School Graduate
