Job Summary

As a Sr. Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting arenaflex's Last Mile bundle determining and transporter scope organization. Your goal will be to adjust transporter bundle ability to advanced transport to-home interest plans and drive functional greatness through exact bundle volume projections down to the most minimal degree of granularity. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Last Mile bundle determining and transporter scope organization to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Adjust transporter bundle ability to advanced transport to-home interest plans and drive functional greatness through exact bundle volume projections
• Collaborate with functional groups, network arranging and S&OP groups, transporter accomplices, and other different HQ and field groups to drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in logistics operations
• Contribute to the development of data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business analytics)
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a strong understanding of data visualization and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) in a large-scale, complex business environment
• Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Hive) and data warehousing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience in data modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• A graduate degree or MBA in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business analytics)
• Experience in logistics or transportation, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations and management
