Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our clients, addressing a variety of inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a strong internet connection, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits, qualifications, services, prior approval requirements, additional benefits, and projects

  • Utilize secure internet connections via an Ethernet link, as Wi-Fi is not permitted
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and meet performance guidelines, participation requirements, and call quality objectives
  • Work independently, with the ability to telecommute and manage your time effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time efficiently
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology to access and manage client information
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Federal health insurance programs
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
