Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our clients, addressing a variety of inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits, qualifications, services, prior approval requirements, additional benefits, and projects
- Utilize secure internet connections via an Ethernet link, as Wi-Fi is not permitted
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and meet performance guidelines, participation requirements, and call quality objectives
- Work independently, with the ability to telecommute and manage your time effectively
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
