The Role

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, clean, and analyze massive datasets to discover patterns, trends, and correlations that contribute to business goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline and prioritize analytical initiatives, defining key metrics and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover insights and generate hypotheses for further investigation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Perform statistical analysis to validate findings and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making across departments.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of changes and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, contributing to the evolution of data practices within the organization.
  • Participate in data-related initiatives, including data modeling, data governance, and other data-related activities.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field) with 2+ years of working experience. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create informative and compelling visualizations.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and methodologies for analyzing complex datasets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong flair for problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Familiarity with social media data and platforms, specifically Twitter, is a plus.
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, or natural language processing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

  • Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
