Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for supporting client achievement, resolving complex issues, and providing exceptional service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video calls, and more. Key Responsibilities

* Support client achievement and resolve complex issues related to financial products and services through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video calls, and more

  • Perform routine tasks, such as responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while complying with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Consistently seek guidance from management, ask questions, and refer complex issues to senior staff
  • Conduct analysis to determine moderately complex client issues, including collaborating with other departments for issue resolution
  • Collaborate with experienced agents on complex issues
  • Provide training and guidance to new hires and less experienced staff
  • Respond to client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner

Required Capabilities

* 6+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate various computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn business processes and cycles quickly

Preferred Capabilities

* Ability to provide exceptional customer service while listening, gathering information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues

  • Ability to communicate with respect and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
