What You'll Do
* Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
- Sell air travel and cargo services to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with travel registration, freight acceptance, and other related services, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
- Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or freight shipments, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
- Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
- Provide support to customers during security and crisis situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Follow internal and external policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's high standards.
- May be required to drive and work air steps up to different types of aircraft to enplane and deplane customers.
- Responsible for the overall performance within the workspace, leading and directing the work of other team members.
- May be required to perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Peak capabilities.
All You'll Need for Success
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas.
- Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities.
- Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access badges to airport security identification presentation areas (SIDA), if applicable.
- Ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identification, if applicable.
- Capacity to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to respond to situations in a timely and efficient manner.
