Key Responsibilities:
* Provide human-to-human interactions with clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, with an average of 50-60 interactions per shift
- Meet and exceed client satisfaction and service quality metrics, consistently delivering exceptional results
- Skillfully communicate with clients, using active listening and empathy to understand their concerns and needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless client experiences
- Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate client concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support
- Work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications:
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages
- Experience working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
