Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the ticketing and baggage registration process, and ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. You will also work closely with our team to resolve any issues that may arise, and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

* Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets

• Manage the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel
• Label baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving baggage from scales to transport lines
• Practice security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and procedure
• Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, door declarations, flight status, checking and handling baggage, making arrangements, and starting the boarding process
• Work flight ways to prepare them for airplane arrival and departure, and lift, open, close, and operate airplane doors
• Practice security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and procedure
• Securely lift, load, dump, and transport baggage, mail, and freight to and from airplanes
• Be responsible for on-time departures by directing arriving and departing airplanes from the gate positions
• Protect baggage, mail, and freight from damage, loss, and weather conditions
• Safely drive and operate ground equipment like tugs, belt loaders, and tow farm vehicles in areas of congestion
• Over and over lift and load items onto trucks and ensure each bag reaches its destination
• Work baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage and freight are routed accurately to the passenger's destination
• Practice security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and procedure

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Be eligible to live and work in the country you are applying to
• Have basic computer skills
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate language, tone, and elocution
• Work a fixed and rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be fluent, both written and orally, in English
• Currently hold a valid Canadian driver's license
