Job Responsibilities
As an Onboard Services Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing a positive handoff with flying groups and leading cookroom reviews during catering provisioning to alleviate missing item concerns/events.
- Supporting the restock of "hold items" from a terminal access vantage to decrease conditions on truck dispatches.
- Acting as an item and mileage SME for ATL catering details with Uncertainties and OBS.
- Tracking, pattern, and providing designated "shock and pleasure" for MI-19 patterns, objections, and flight groups.
- Supporting and participating in "Providing food Determination Rush" at Uncertainties Parlors for item, detail, and change management "communication and feedback".
- Effectively participating in Online Entertainment/SkyHub postings and promotions, for ATL OBS Brand Building and Mindfulness.
- Job requires steady movement, expected to be effectively moving and directing all parts of the catering activity.
- Position requires a customer service mindset to diffuse tense circumstances and really issue tackle on the fly.
- Should be able to function well in a team climate.
- Should be receptive and have strong relational and communication skills.
- Should practice security-conscious behaviors and follow all Coronavirus health precautionary measures in every single functional cycle and techniques.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
* Should have and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Should be able to obtain and hold an airport ID with a customs seal.
- Pass a comprehensive post-offer pre-employment personal investigation, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check required by government regulation.
- Pass a post-offer pre-work drug test.
- Should have excellent oral and verbal communication skills and be able to follow detailed work instructions.
- Work a fixed or potentially rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Should be able to complete necessary training courses. Gradual training for additional responsibilities, such as managing specific cycles, equipment, and items can be required.
- Be willing to work in various environments inside and outside.
- Should project a professional image.
- Should be able to drive and safely operate a catering truck, when required to dispatch aircraft.
- Should be able to understand and recognize Kitchen geology via aircraft type.
- Regularly focuses on the health and safety of self, others, and personal information.

What Will Give You an Upper Hand (Preferred Qualifications)
* Should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, team leadership, and management capacities.
- Quality Control experience highly liked.
- Strong PC skills liked. Should be comfortable with e-door lattice frameworks, arenaflex's catering-related technology framework.
