Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls and engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
  • Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
