Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Process Organizations and Errands group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing critical workflow tooling at scale, driving process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop critical workflow tooling at scale, leveraging data analysis and process optimization techniques to drive business outcomes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for implementation
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging tools and techniques such as Lean and DevOps
• Work closely with data scientists and full stack engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, software development, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and DevOps
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience with data science tools, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js or Matplotlib
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
