Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
- Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience, is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues
