Job Summary

As a Senior Manager II, Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts, building and developing a data-driven culture, and driving business results through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including item, design, and program directors, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and technical skills will enable you to drive business decisions and drive growth for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement

  • Lead a team of data analysts to build and develop data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Mentor and train colleagues to develop their data analysis skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, including SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical software
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Experience leading a team of data analysts and developing data-driven strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
  • Strong experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
