Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring that their beverage dispensing equipment is in optimal working condition. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative while resolving issues and addressing client concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical sales)

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical services role
  • Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
