Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to arenaflex products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop Macs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, including features, functionality, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product releases, and technical developments to provide informed and accurate support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or sales environment
