Key Responsibilities
As a Senior National Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and leading collaborative business planning to create and execute key account strategies, category projects, and drive brand sales
- Contacting and visiting clients to audit and identify key areas of opportunity, pain points, and potential chances to advance product development
- Creating and implementing recordable strategies, including objectives, key drivers, significant activities, key support required, and new product proposals
- Fostering relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Partnering and building relationships with our local packaging partners and wholesaler portfolio, and constructing sales capacity and working with stewardship conversations
- Growing direct inventory management procedure and enactment of drives for driving efficiencies across the arenaflex North America Item Supply and Foodservice wholesalers activities
- Staying up-to-date with competitive activities within the mindful geographies and conveying proper action as quickly as possible
- Partnering with cross-functional delegates to ensure that arenaflex delivers the full depth and breadth of assets that result in common advantages/results
- Driving stewardship schedules with mindful merchants that actions/imparts each partner's activities against commonly settled upon plans
- Enacting arenaflex's category development (Free-form, Tea, Revive Server, Juice, and VEB brands) at national and local levels with Foodservice wholesaler organization
- Championing change through end of hindrances and continuous assistance issues to give most significant level of wholesaler client support
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Four-year college education or equivalent work experience
- Ability to lead, focus, collaborate, and execute complex activities
- Relationship management (providers, project workers, bottlers) knowledge of external provider/project worker culture/center skills
- Knowledge of provider capacities and execution to improve and manage relationships (specifically foodservice wholesaler providers)
- Supply chain tasks and transportation mastery, alongside a comprehension of transportation planning and management of DPU, Multi-purpose, and Over-the-Street transporter organization
- Ability to seek options and suggest best solutions that gain all parties' backing and lead to shared benefit results
