Experienced Full Stack Risk Engineer – Data Analysis and Risk Management

To support our mission, we're looking for a skilled data expert who will empower arenaflex to take calculated risks by developing a program that promotes risk measurement, statistical modeling, and impact analysis to build trust in risk response activities. You will help establish and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for the risk program at arenaflex. To succeed in this role, we're looking for individuals who:
- Enjoy creating key risk indicators, contributing to the development of key control pointers, and key performance indicators for various projects
- Are eager to learn and apply statistical models to risk frameworks (FAIR, Monte-Carlo with Spunky distributions, responsiveness analysis, and others)
- Have knowledge of R, Python, SQL, and other programming languages
- Are familiar with tools like Tableau or other data and visualization instruments
- Understand applicable data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis methods
- Can participate in risk management, navigation, and collaborative conversations
- Can contribute to and support measured risk assessments and grasp the value of subjective data for improvements to quality and design cycles
- Use data security risk expertise to develop loss event scenarios across business units, specialty teams, projects, and products
- Can decipher internal or external network security risk assessments in business terms and suggest a capable plan
- Develop formats and informative materials to support self-management risk management activities based on defined risk resiliences
- Identify and recognize opportunities to improve the effectiveness of risk management processes
- Possess guiding principle abilities, including:
