Job Summary

As an Application Support - TECH 1 at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by accurately and efficiently processing data, resolving discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

* Use designated work instructions and other guidelines to execute critical and routine tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and processing.

  • Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks, including data entry, validation, corrections, and updates to existing information.
  • Accurately enter all relevant information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions.
  • Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training, ensuring you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties.
  • Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, requesting clarification and effectively raising queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions that arise from executing the task.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • Experience working in a health or human services call center (not required but preferred)
  • Knowledge of the community to be served (not required but preferred)
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to work as a team member and independently
