Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process transactions, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
  • Assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring medications
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual cases for external program remedy services
  • Support stock management activities, including receiving, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's standards for store appearance and maintenance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration)

  • 1+ year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy systems and software
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience in a retail environment

  • Previous experience working with arenaflex
  • Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems
  • Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management
  • PTCB certification (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board)
