Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
- Assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring medications
- Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual cases for external program remedy services
- Support stock management activities, including receiving, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's standards for store appearance and maintenance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration)
- 1+ year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in using pharmacy systems and software
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous experience working with arenaflex
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems
- Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management
- PTCB certification (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board)
