Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services. You'll be responsible for designing and executing quality assurance plans, conducting testing and analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute quality assurance plans to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence
- Conduct testing and analysis to identify and address quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, manufacturing, and production to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain specialized archives, formats, and test plans
- Research and analyze test failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Support warranty claims for internal data and identify potential risks in design and production that could impact customer quality
- Work closely with the design team, quality department, manufacturing, and production to ensure seamless execution of quality assurance processes
- Perform capability studies, gauge R&R, and drive investigation procedures and quality records
- Provide quality assurance during product development, research and development, and manufacturing and production
- Stay up-to-date on PPAP, APQP, and other quality approval processes
- Audit and execute customer requirements, SOR, or specialized specifications and requirements
- Coordinate design and pre-production constructs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in QA/QC, approval, testing, and product development
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and precision
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline
- Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and other quality approval processes
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA)
- Experience with testing and analysis tools, such as Minitab or JMP
