What You'll Do

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analysis solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise in cloud application development and data analysis will enable you to:

• Work closely with source data application groups and product owners to design, implement, and maintain data analysis solutions that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Develop and implement data migration and data warehousing solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, and other Azure services
• Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Functions, and other Azure services
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of data analysis solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud application development and data analysis, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and excellence

All You'll Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, and cloud application development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C#
• Experience with data analysis tools and technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, security, and high availability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights

Favored Qualifications
