Job Summary

As an Airport Customer Service Agent at arenaflex SNA, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that our airport operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Handle customer transactions, including check-in, baggage handling, and ticketing
  • Operate airport equipment, including check-in kiosks, baggage scanners, and other systems
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services, as well as airport procedures and regulations
  • Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the travel industry
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in an airport environment, preferably in customer service or operations

  • Knowledge of airport procedures and regulations, including security protocols and baggage handling procedures
  • Experience with airport equipment, including check-in kiosks and baggage scanners
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Previous experience working in a unionized environment, with a strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements and labor relations
