Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by accurately entering data in our QuickClaim system, identifying document types, and reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure quality requirements are met. You'll also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards and interacting professionally with other staff members as needed.

Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images

• Identify document types based on provided documentation
• Review and verify entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements
• Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
• Professionally interact with other staff members as needed
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
• Work until all tasks are completed for the day
• Perform other basic office duties as assigned

Requirements

* Ability to type 50 words per minute and have a 10-key experience

• Ideal candidate will have data entry skills
• Strong organization, thoroughness, and attention to detail
• Results-driven and can work independently
• Proven ability to analyze information
• Solid decision-making skills
