Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
- Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times
- Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends to help improve our products and services
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information, identify solutions, and provide creative answers to customer questions
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
