As a key member of our Worldwide Deals Enablement, Evaluating and Change group, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a home-based role. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a consistent and effective customer service strategy for our sales partners

  • Provide insights on the opportunities identified and created by our sales partners
  • Measure the impact of sales efforts and time contributed by outreach groups using internal frameworks
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for US SME and effectively collaborate with partners and colleagues to provide valuable insights and prepare metrics to support business growth
  • Drive examination and experiences through various data tools
  • Recognize and execute different automation methods to improve efficiency
  • Perform quality checks on sales documentation
  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners across teams
  • Develop strong narrative skills to ensure seamless communication and storytelling to key partners and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

* 3-5 years of significant work experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and HIVE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management expertise to oversee multiple initiatives across teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development environment

  • Knowledge of sales operations, sales strategy, and sales performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
