Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
  • Utilizing compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Providing empathetic and member-centric service to exceed our members' expectations
  • Ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate, with a strong understanding of the importance of patient-centered care
  • Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
  • Or, equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Education in a related field, such as healthcare administration or customer service

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate, with a pay range of $17.00 - $27.16 per hour
  • A $1000 sign-on bonus, with an additional $2000 bonus after 180 days of employment
