About the Actuarial Development Program

The Actuarial Development Program is a full-time, dynamic program designed to foster the next generation of actuarial leaders. Our program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of actuarial science, data analysis, and healthcare, as well as the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Analyst in the Actuarial Development Program, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the development and implementation of actuarial models and data analysis projects
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Developing and maintaining databases and data systems to support actuarial analysis and reporting
  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues on data analysis and actuarial modeling
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in actuarial science and data analysis

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of actuarial science principles and practices

* Experience in actuarial science, data analysis, or a related field
