Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding promptly to customer needs and soliciting feedback to improve service
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with care
• Using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues and answer questions
• Multi-tasking to document customer interactions while speaking with consumers
• Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work
• Meeting productivity standards and completing work in a timely manner
• Following instructions and responding to management direction
• Taking responsibility for your actions and keeping commitments

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous call center or customer service experience (1 year preferred)
• Data entry and basic computer skills
• The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
• A degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, etc.)
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• A proven track record of meeting productivity standards and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
