Shift Availability and Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. Our available shifts include:

  • Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-9pm EST
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-9pm EST
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday 12pm-9pm EST
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 12pm-9pm EST

Please note that shifts will include one weekend day, and you must be available to work on weekends and holidays.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Athletes with product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements
  • Delivering first call resolution with white glove service by owning Athlete issues to the point of resolution, demonstrating empathy, and keeping Athletes updated throughout the process
  • Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving Athlete issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution
  • Working with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and reach resolution related to Athlete issues
  • Executing various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information

Key Performance Indicators

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, including first call resolution and issue resolution rates
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve Athlete issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail-oriented) is preferred
  • Able to type 25+ words per minute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong detail orientation and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
