The Role

As a Work From Home Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive world-class support and assistance. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, and resolving customer issues, concerns, and questions with a focus on first-contact resolution. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
