Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our company's database. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering and maintaining sales and customer data into our company's database
• Performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Assisting with data clean-up and de-duplication projects
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure all data is up to date and reflects current customer information
• Preparing reports and analysis as needed using company data
• Utilizing data entry software and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Communicating any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures for data entry and confidentiality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 50 wpm)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must reside in Houston, Texas
