Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients via phone. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
- Providing guidance on bookkeeping and accounting best practices
- Troubleshooting issues with accounting software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable platforms
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in bookkeeping and accounting software

Requirements
