Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions, and providing support to our customers and colleagues. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations, maintain accurate records, and adhere to state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process transactions, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations, including filling prescriptions, processing claims, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Provide support to colleagues, including training and mentoring, to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for customer service and store appearance
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, pharmacy operations, and technology

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, or pharmacy)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy environment, with a focus on customer service and sales

• Familiarity with pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, claims processing, and inventory management
• Basic knowledge of pharmacy software and technology, including electronic health records and prescription management systems
• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through arenaflex's training program
• Excellent numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions
