Key Responsibilities
As a part-time evening remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing email customer service to our online market research customers through our ticket response system
- Utilizing best-answer templates to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Working independently and professionally to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and data entry
Work Environment and Requirements
This is a telecommuting position, and you'll be required to work from your own home. You'll need to have a PC or MAC that's no more than 3-4 years old, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that your computer and internet connection meet our security standards. You may use your own 3G or 4G secured systems, but you'll be accountable for data usage.
