Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their options
  • Processing orders, forms, and applications efficiently and accurately

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (additional fluency in other languages is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
