As a Technical Editor, you will work closely with a team of editors who define quality standards, manage content freshness, scale publication capabilities, and provide editing support.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Technical Editor – Cloud Content Development, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting content creators by providing insights into proper formatting, suitable audience, and best practices for language usage
• Advocating for clients by ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable content that addresses client issues
• Improving and refreshing layouts and style guides for efficient workflows and helping to define and execute ideal publication processes for specific projects
• Managing content cycles for high-priority initiatives across teams and departments
• Collaborating with editors from various teams to align on best practices and maintain functional alignment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field
• Four years of certification or comparable functional experience
• Two years of experience working with specialized editing, specialized writing, or content management
• Experience delivering or editing specialized documentation for a technical audience
• Experience with Markdown
• Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and style guidelines
