Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency
• Monitoring WAN links for stability and ensuring that routers and switches are functioning properly
• Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and administering security and IAM
• Monitoring alerts and logs, performing preventative health checks, and managing incidents
• Reporting and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives

Training and Development

Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:

• Windows/Unix/Linux
• Active Directory
• Powershell and Bash
• Developer Tools
• Wireshark
• ServiceNow
• Network Appliances
• Load Balancers
• Routers/Switches
• Middleware, logs/alerts
• Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers
• Network Monitoring Systems
• Network Diagnostic Commands
• Incident management tools
• ITSL Processes & Tools

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field

• Experience working in a data entry or administrative role
• Familiarity with IT and technical concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
