Job Summary

As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving our scientific transformation in the TA space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business leaders, and data analysts, to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with experts to define business processes and provide scientific support
• Developing and implementing code to analyze complex datasets and design, create, and assess data changes to address specific business issues
• Building adaptable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to support client-facing reporting
• Automating TA processes to streamline business activities
• Communicating verbally or in writing to business clients and leaders to share experiences and recommendations

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with specialists, software developers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide scientific support

• Influence code to analyze complex datasets and design, create, and assess data changes to tackle explicit business issues
• Construct adaptable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to support client-facing reporting
• Automate TA processes to smooth out business activities
• Impart verbally or in writing to business clients/initiative to sharing experiences and suggestions

Essential Capabilities

* Four-year degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science

• 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), programming languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience with AI/measurable displaying data analysis tools and methods, and boundaries that influence their performance experience
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied climate

Preferred Capabilities

* Graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, finance, economics, engineering, or computer science

• Experience in a ML or data researcher role with a large technology organization

Skills and Competencies

* Strong understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts

• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
