Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our People Analytics Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing analytical insights to the American Human Resources (HR) Department and driving business initiatives that result in cost savings and process efficiencies. You'll work closely with our HR team to develop and implement strategies, extend forecast models, and strengthen "best practices" within HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceive and develop analytical models to drive business insights and inform decision-making

• Define and track key performance metrics, extend scorecards, and drive improvement initiatives
• Develop forecasting models to support business strategy and decision-making
• Integrate and manage large data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned by the People Analytics Team

What You'll Need for Success:

* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics) + 3 years of experience in an HR or People Analytics role + Experience using innovative thinking ability with a high degree of motivation and problem-solving skills

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Advanced degree or Master's degree in Business Administration + Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to deliver high-quality work on time
• Ability to control multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of advanced analytical skills (e.g., data modeling, forecasting)
• Ability to guide a team through a process of growing and fostering collaboration
• Ability to communicate findings formally and informally
