Responsibilities:

As a Director of Healthcare Data Management, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior leadership to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to address key challenges.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, payers, and healthcare systems, to ensure effective data exchange and collaboration.
• Provide expert guidance on data analysis and interpretation, including identifying trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and security, including data governance and compliance.
• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with IT to develop and implement data management systems, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data governance.
• Develop and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data management performance and drive business growth.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including mentoring, training, and development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data management innovation.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or healthcare administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in data management, including experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data governance.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data management systems, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance, including HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in data management, including experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data governance.

• Strong experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Compensation and Benefits:
