Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Michigan. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers, REALTORS, technicians, and homeowners, providing prompt and courteous service

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background and drug screen (required)
  • Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)
  • Call Center experience (1 year preferred)
