Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, ensuring that their concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by recommending and selling top fitness products and services to our customers
- Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and making effective recommendations to meet their requirements
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day, to meet the needs of our customers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
- Remote/Work From Home experience (a plus)
- Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge
- Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere
- Ability to type, navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math
- Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience
