Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information to customers
  • Assisting in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
  • Making business transactions, managing money, and processing payments with precision
  • Keeping the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
  • Monitoring product status and assisting with returns and exchanges
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) environment

  • Experience with Digital Danger Knowledge (CTI) systems and applications, including Distinguish, Secure, Answer, and Recover
  • Ability to partner with various stakeholders, including leaders, to drive business outcomes
  • US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance (required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the utilization, handling, and examination of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional climate, supporting checking, recognition, and reaction abilities

  • Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the capacity to prompt and guide new CTI colleagues
  • Ability to correspond crude insight from sensors, occurrence reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
  • Ability to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds
  • Ability to take mind-boggling, uncertain points, construct procedures, and impact partners
  • Fantastic cooperative person with the capacity to work in speedy and constantly evolving conditions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $126,000 - $189,000 (dependent on location and experience)
