Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information to customers
- Assisting in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
- Making business transactions, managing money, and processing payments with precision
- Keeping the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
- Monitoring product status and assisting with returns and exchanges
- Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) environment
- Experience with Digital Danger Knowledge (CTI) systems and applications, including Distinguish, Secure, Answer, and Recover
- Ability to partner with various stakeholders, including leaders, to drive business outcomes
- US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance (required)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the utilization, handling, and examination of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional climate, supporting checking, recognition, and reaction abilities
- Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the capacity to prompt and guide new CTI colleagues
- Ability to correspond crude insight from sensors, occurrence reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
- Ability to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds
- Ability to take mind-boggling, uncertain points, construct procedures, and impact partners
- Fantastic cooperative person with the capacity to work in speedy and constantly evolving conditions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Base salary range: $126,000 - $189,000 (dependent on location and experience)
