Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries regarding account information, transactions, rewards programs, and more
  • Providing personalized assistance and solutions to address customer needs and concerns

  • Processing customer requests, including card activations, account updates, and dispute resolutions
  • Utilizing multiple systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality of service

Requirements
