Job Overview

In this critical role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing routine service support and resolving issues via multiple channels. Your expertise will be essential in delivering our CARES model to customers and service partners, ensuring seamless interactions and effective issue resolution. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from a quiet, confidential space in your home location, approved by arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services, and problem resolution across multiple channels
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues via all channels
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and referring complex or reoccurring issues as needed
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with arenaflex's core values, demonstrating commitment to quality through customer and service partner interactions
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action

  • Decision-making and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions
  • Fraud detection and prevention knowledge, with the ability to utilize processes, tools, and techniques for detecting, addressing, and preventing fraudulent situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
  • Knowledge of a specific customer support function, with the ability to assist customers with a specific type of support
  • Managing multiple priorities, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation

  • Products and Services: knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups, with the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
  • Tech Savvy: advising, educating, and engaging clients on a variety of technological tools and resources, allowing them to explore solutions to achieve their goals and financial well-being
