Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for extracting, processing, and analyzing large-scale data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth across our music and media divisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate complex insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling stories. Key Responsibilities

* Extract, process, and analyze large-scale data sets from various sources using tools like PySpark and SQL

• Design and implement data-driven solutions to inform business decisions and drive growth across our music and media divisions
• Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, statistical analysis, AI) to identify patterns and opportunities in social data
• Lead campaign, product, customer, and audience analysis for business needs, creating and tracking key metrics to measure success
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to complete data projects, contributing to product discovery, design, build, and QA
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new skills and knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, including PySpark, Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques, including regression, decision trees, and clustering
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into clear and compelling stories
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on time management and prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning

• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery
• Strong understanding of music and media industry trends and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube
• Experience with social media analytics, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
