Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting Customers: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries.
- Documenting Account Information: Accurately document and input customer account information into our client system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and secure.
- Providing Product and Service Offerings: Discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls, helping them to make informed decisions about their accounts.
- Adhering to Regulations: Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Delinquent Accounts: Assist customers with delinquent accounts, following various state guidelines to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communication Skills: Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Inbound Handle Time: Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time, ensuring efficient and effective call handling.
- Quality Assurance: Achieve Quality Assurance goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Production Measures: Adhere to Production measures, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Detail-Oriented: Be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective Communication: Possess effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

- Call Center Experience: Have one to two years' experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

- Education: Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
Technical Requirements:
For remote positions, we require:
- Broadband Internet Connection: A broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up) with a hard-wired connection (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots).
- Speed Test Results: A minimum speed test result of 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload.
Camera Requirements:
During training, cameras are required to be on from start to finish of each shift (excluding breaks and lunches).
