Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Sales Analytics team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to drive business growth and decision-making. You'll work closely with account directors, sales teams, and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities:

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets.

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources.
• Design and implement data visualization tools to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Support account directors in meeting requests and requirements by providing timely and accurate data analysis.
• Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage tasks.
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed.
• Develop and present customized reports and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Foster presentations with data-driven insights into actionable strategies for all levels of management.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Data Science, or Analytics.

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field.
• Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques.
• Certification in data analysis or a related field.
