Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Consultant to join our Medicaid Coordination of Benefits team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of other essential health insurance data and supporting the functions of the coordination of benefits group through data analysis. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the precision of other essential health insurance data
- Support the functions of the coordination of benefits group through data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decisions
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business strategies
- Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analytics
Required Capabilities
* Strong analytical and technical skills
- Medicaid COB experience and knowledge
- Proficiency in QNXT and SQL Server Management Studio
- Autonomous thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and relational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Capabilities
* 2-3 years of claims handling experience
- High school certificate or GED
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analytics, business administration, healthcare administration)
Skills and Competencies
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
